Refund, exchange or return is not valid on products which are bought at a discounted price or which are on sale. When a gift voucher or coupon code is used to buy a product, they are not eligible for exchange, refund or return too. Kindly check the product details carefully, while buying on-sale items.

In case a damaged or a completely wrong product delivered to you, kindly return it back to us, along with the order number. After we receive and check it, a new product will be sent to you.
